Getting Started 

  • No need to download anything! BrightSource is a web-based app, so all you need to do is bookmark the website. Just open your favorite browser, navigate to BrightSource, and save it as a bookmark for quick access anytime.

  • Creating a free account is easy! Click HERE, and fill in the required details. If you’re accessing your employer’s BrightSource account, they’ll provide your login credentials and send you an invite 

  • No worries! Your username is simply your email address—either personal or work-related.

  • BrightSource works seamlessly on all Chrome-based browsers, such as Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, as well as on iOS systems. Ensure our browser is up to date for the best experience.

  • Click the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a confirmation email with instructions to reset your password. It’s quick and secure!

Using BrightSource

  • Yes! If your organization uses shared devices, we can configure accounts to support your needs. We don’t believe in per-user licensing—your entire staff can benefit from AI. If needed, we can also set up an account for a specific shared device, like a tablet.

  • BrightSource is a web-based app and requires an internet connection to access its features. Offline use is not currently available.

  • No syncing needed! Just send new documents to our team at support@dovaxis.com, and we’ll add them to your database. Once uploaded, they’ll be available to all users in your organization.

  • BrightSource can read PDFs and Word documents. For other formats, contact our support team for help. We’re also working on adding support for images, infographics, Excel, and PowerPoint soon!

  • Navigate to app.dovaxis.com on your mobile browser, log in, and you’re ready to go!

  • To remove outdated documents, contact the DOVAXIS support team, and we’ll assist in deleting them from the system.

  • You can change your preferred language by clicking the flag icon and selecting your language of choice. BrightSource will adjust accordingly.

Troubleshooting and Support 

  • If you encounter an error, close the error window and try again. If the issue persists, refresh the page. Still stuck? Click the question mark (?) icon near your profile to submit a support ticket, and we’ll assist you ASAP.

  • Click the question mark (?) icon in the upper right corner near your profile to submit a support ticket. For urgent issues, the support phone number is available on the support page.

  • First, check your internet connection—wired connections are typically faster than WiFi. If everything checks out, please be patient; sometimes it takes a second for the AI to process your request. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket at app.dovaxis.com/support

  • Use the “Thumbs Up/Down” feedback to let us know about your experience. Your feedback helps us improve. If content updates or additional information are needed, your input ensures we make it better.

Features and Future Updates 

  • Document backups are automatic. We’re also working on making version history available soon. If you need access to a prior version or want to take documents offline, contact your site administrator or the support team.

  • We’re working on a feature to track trends in user queries and identify gaps in policies. For ideas on tracking usage, reach out to support—we’d love your suggestions!

  • Currently, contact the DOVAXIS support team for user management. We’re developing a self-serve system that will be available soon.

  • BrightSource is built with HIPAA compliance in mind. Your data is safe with us, and you’ll never need to worry about loss or leakage.

  • Yes! BrightSource supports more than 50 major languages. Click the flag icon to select your preferred language. Don’t see your language? Leave a suggestion for us!

  • We’d love to hear from you! Submit a support ticket to share suggestions, report bugs, or request new features. Your input helps us improve.

Additional Information

  • All your company’s content remains your own and is securely separated from other organizations. BrightSource ensures your data is private and protected.

  • The sky is the limit! From regulations to inventory lists or internal FAQs, any content can be loaded into BrightSource and organized however your team needs. Our onboarding experts are here to help ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

  • Yes, we have built-in training modules and can provide group training via video conferencing apps for you and your team. In-person training with a DOVAXIS AI expert is also available in select areas.

  • Pricing is facility-based and factors in the size of your organization. We don’t use user-based licenses, ensuring everyone has access to the content they need so you spend less time worrying about user management.

  • Yes, we have flexible pricing for non-profits and small organizations, such as home health agencies and group homes. We’re committed to ensuring everyone who can benefit from BrightSource can do so. Reach out to our team to discuss how we can shine a light on your organization’s content!

  • Yes! We’re happy to work with clients to set up OAuth or single sign-on (SSO) access; one less password for you to worry about!

  • No. Our AI cloud services, and business partners will never train on your content or use your private data. We’re committed to ensuring your data stays secure and is used solely for your organization’s benefit.
